- REPLACE FRONT BRAKE PADS AND MACHINE ROTORS
- Removed all wheels and inspected brakes. We only did a quick inspect at last oil service. Removing wheels is always the best. We found the front brake pads are 80-85% worn on right front and rear brake shoes are 50-60% worn. This system is not as mileage friendly versus other years Chevy trucks. We feel the best repair at this time is to replace front brake pads and machine rotors. We also should do a rear clean and adjust on the rear. Drum brake shoes last longer so this approach should be good for sometime.
