- Scanned system for codes and found one stored. P0016-Crank/Cam correlation issue bank1. We monitored scan data and did find on bank 1 phaser readings were not correct. Showed a max negative and positive voltage at idle and went mostly to normal at higher rpm. The code would not set when at high rpm but when idling it came on right away. We used a lab scope to make sure the PCM control was present and found good. Indicates a phaser on bank 1 has failed.
- CAMSHAFT GEAR OR SPROCKET – Remove & Replace – F150,V8,5.4L Eng Left or Both,w/Timing Chain Removal
- FREIGHT CHARGE
- INSTALL NEW SPARK PLUGS IN CONJUNCTION OF OTHER REPAIRS
- RADIATOR AND BOTH HOSES – Remove & Replace – V8,Gas – IN CONJUNCTION OF OTHER REPAIRS
